Kevin has over 27 years of experience in structural engineering, seismic retrofitting, building envelope restoration, historic preservation and rehabilitation of a variety of structures, such as commercial and residential buildings, high-rises, bridges, metro stations, parking garages and industrial buildings. Having earned a master’s degree in civil engineering, he provides expert oversight of and participates in the design and management of construction projects.
Kevin published multiple articles in STRUCTURE magazine and CRB Bulletin. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and he has been serving on the board of directors of the Baltimore/ Washington chapter of International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI).
