Arash Parham is the Vice President of Clark Foundations LLC. He provides executive direction for support of excavation and deep foundations projects from acquisition through execution for Clark Foundations.
He leads all foundation scope evaluations, budgeting during preconstruction and through project bids, and managing day-to-day development and project delivery.

Since joining Clark in 2005, Arash has delivered severable notable projects, including:
■ IAD East/West Automated People Mover
■ Intercounty Connector, Contract C
■ CSX Virginia Avenue Tunnel Reconstruction Project
■ MedStar Georgetown University Hospital Medical/Surgical Pavilion
