Heather Shinn is the Vice President of Business Operations and Acquisition Integration for Parsons Corporation. Ms. Shinn has 30 years of diverse experience working in the construction management and project management industry. She is a LEED Accredited Professional, Certified Construction Manager and a CMAA Fellow. Ms. Shinn has successfully built and lead teams of engineers and construction industry professionals for clients such as the FAA, USACE, U.S. DOD, U.S. CBP, NGA and NASA. She has been an active member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) for the past 20+ years, having finished 6 years of service as a member of the National CMAA Board of Directors in 2021.
