Gunnar Lucko, Ph.D., was recently advanced to the status of fellow within the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Dr. Lucko is an ordinary professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and the Director of its Construction Engineering and Management Program. ASCE recognizes as fellows those who have made celebrated contributions and developed creative solutions that change lives around the world. It is a prestigious honor held by 3% of ASCE members.
