In the School of Engineering we create engineering leaders because we think the world and the nation are in need of good and ethical engineers who ready to serve our society. An ethical engineer is a one who uses ethical judgment when he or she makes a decision — an engineer who wants to make sure he or she serves humanity and produces a positive impact on the environment. Our focus on service sets our student apart from day one. They learn how to be leaders and to apply their engineering knowledge to serve humankind in the most ethical manner.
