Bio

Rear Admiral (retired) Bill Timme is a nuclear trained submarine officer who completed distinguished service, having had command at several levels. Rear Admiral (retired) Bill Timme most recently served for several years as an Executive with IBM.  While in the US Navy he served as the Deputy Commander for Undersea Warfare (SEA 07) for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).  He also served as Commander, Naval Undersea Warfare Center and as Commanding Officer, USS Helena (SSN 725).  He graduated with distinction from the US Naval Academy, and earned a master’s degree in Engineering Management from the Catholic University of America.
