Dr. Rebecca Kiriazes, Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, received a grant for $25,000 from the Partners of the Americas Foundation. The award, specifically, a 100,000 Strong in the Americas Innovation Fund grant, will support her research on, “Bridging the Gap in Sustainable Climate Resiliency: Interdisciplinary and Cultural Training for University Students in Mexico and USA.” Her work will be funded through March of 2025.
