Dr. Bismark Agbelie, Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, received a grant for $40,000 from the Indiana Department of Transportation. His work involves updating cost allocation and revenue attribution for the state's transportation system. The grant will be funded through August of 2024.
