Dr. Arash Massoudieh, professor and chair of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, received a new grant for $161,881 from the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority for his program, “Studying the Impact of Intensification of the Secondary Treatment in Carbon Management and Biosolids Process Optimization.” His research will be funded through October of 2025.
