At the Catholic University Civil Engineering Department you will have the opportunity to pursue a broad-based civil engineering program. You can explore a wide spectrum of areas such as environmental and water resources engineering, structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, and construction management. Special concentrations are available in environmental engineering and construction management and a dual degree program is offered with the School of Architecture.

Natural disasters, climate change, pollution - we face modern-day challenges every day. That’s where our students come in. Students will use technology to tackle these environmental impacts head-on. Since we are continually motivated to improve our programs, we’ve even started a new initiative on Climate Change, inspired by Pope Francis’ Encyclical Letter “Laudato Sí.”
